The Bosch PEX 300 AE Universal Random Orbit Disc Sander is a powerful & convenient woodworking tool. Universal by name, universal by nature, a powerful 270W engine gives the PEX 300 AE the abrasive force to be used to sand down doors, furniture & paint, & its comfortable & lightweight design also makes it suitable for delicate preparing & finishing applications. The sander’s random orbit action moves the abrasive disc in a spiralling pattern, preventing any section of the abrasive from coming into contact with the sanding surface repeatedly, & leaving a smooth, scratch free finish.Optimal user comfort & control are key to effective sanding performance, & the Bosch PEX 300 AE has been designed with this consideration firmly in mind. A dynamically balanced motor inhibits vibration during use, & ergonomic softgrip handles improve handling. Speed can be finely controlled using the sander’s easy to reach speed adjustment thumb wheel, & two backing pads of different hardness provide the versatility needed to sand both flat & curved surfaces. Safety is ensured by an accessible on/off switch, & by the PEX 300 AE’s patented microfilter system & re-usable dust box, a built in dust extractor which automatically sucks in & collects harmful dust particles during operation.
